The first 5 wines from our winery pay tribute to the women who shaped Pau Pijoan's life: his mother, wife and three daughters. In 2008 he created Carmen María, in honor of his sister, and in 2009 he offered Manel, a generous red wine, in honor of his father. In all cases, Pau seeks that each wine expresses the personality and way of life of each person.
