Red wine mix of Cabernet Sauvignon, Nebbiolo and Syrah. These three grapes tend to produce wines with an intense and full-bodied profile, and greater extraction and a somewhat late harvest are generally sought. In collage, we seek to produce an intense wine but in a more jovial personality profile. The result is a wine with good acidity, complex, with a fruity profile contrasted with its spicy side. Aging time in barrels: 12 months in second-use oak.
