Sweet pink vermouth. Made with around 15 plant extracts + native and wild flowers of Baja California, harvested throughout the year in different stages of flowering. The base wine is made from Moscato Canelli, Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin Blanc, Zinfandel and Grenache wine and must (the same ones we use in our white and rosé wine). The base blend is fortified, aged for six months in neutral oak and macerated with herbal and floral extracts.
